Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day return window, meaning you have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply open a return request. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an item due to personal preference, a return shipping fee of £4.60 (up to 10kg) will apply. Please be sure to verify the product details before placing your order, as we do not cover return postage in this case.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom orders (e.g., personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To get the item you want, it’s quickest to return the current item and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and finalize the refund.
